Thank you for considering Resultify's Fortnox to HubSpot app. Please review our terms of service before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Fortnox to HubSpot app, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
2. License: Resultify grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Fortnox to HubSpot app for the sole purpose of integrating Fortnox and HubSpot. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the app.
3. Data Privacy: Resultify will only use your data for the purpose of providing the Fortnox to HubSpot app. We will not share your data with any third parties unless required by law.
4. Liability: Resultify will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, lost profits, lost data, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Fortnox to HubSpot app.
5. Termination: Resultify reserves the right to terminate your access to the Fortnox to HubSpot app at any time for any reason.
6. Changes to Terms: Resultify reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Your continued use of the app after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
7. Governing Law: These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the user resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Entire Agreement: These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and Resultify regarding the Fortnox to HubSpot app and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
